I have gained extensive experience in website building since 2020, by exploring various entrepreneurial opportunities and creating websites for the services I was testing to bring to market. This allowed me to assess demand and compare options with the collected metrics.
In April 2024 I have also completed the Google UX Design Specialisation certificate (which includes 7 courses online and projects for mobile apps design). This has allowed me to further refine my capabilities to improve the user experience on websites design as well.

MY DESIGN METHODOLOGY
My design approach is both creative and data-driven. I start by immersing myself in the brand’s narrative to understand its goals and target audience. From there, I develop wireframes and prototypes, iterating in response to the insights I gathered from user feedback.
Continuous testing and iterative refinements ensure every website is not only visually appealing, but also performs well across devices. This structured yet flexible process has become the cornerstone of my work, keeping designs fresh and exactly tuned to user behaviour.

CASE STUDIES
In my designs for e-commerce Home pages each element is crafted to reduce bounce rate and encourage exploration: from the hero section with engaging imagery, to call to action buttons and layout.
The service-category pages were designed to influence how users explore the offerings, using clean visual hierarchies, intuitive filtering options, and concise descriptions to help visitors locate the services.



ONBOARDING CASE STUDIES
Staff and sellers onboarding pages are designed to greet members and provide an overview of culture and expectations, as well as the instructions for their vetting, and for the advertisement of their offer.
Step-by-step guides and video walkthroughs help the sellers navigate their account setup, manage their calendar synchronization with the e-commerce platform, discover tips for customer engagement and more.

In the e-commerce platforms each seller's profile page was designed to spotlight their value, instil trust and encourage action, introducing each service-provider with a biography and highlighting credentials.
Detailed sections outlined the available service packages or product offerings, clearly presenting features, pricing tiers, and benefits that help potential buyers make informed decisions at a glance.



Search engine optimization
To define the SEO for best indexing of my websites on organic searches, I have considered the problems and needs of the brand and services target audience: by thinking about the keywords they might use to search for, information, or services online I can attract traffic.
I also consider the statistics provided by Google to see which words that are related to the brand' services and products have been searched the most on the search engine. By using the most popular keywords, I can improve indexing and visibility on search engines.

MARKETING ANALYTics
To drive insight and guide actions from data, I have tracked the performance of my website and social media traffic to test the efficiency and adjust marketing campaigns, prices, and offers.
To do this, I have used various tools, from the built-in analytics app in my website, to other integrated tools in web browsers, such as Google Analytics, to gain valuable data insights on performance, traffic sources, user behaviour, engagement rates, and more.
By analysing this data, I have adjusted my websites and campaigns, prices and promotions, to improve traffic and buyers' engagement.

The e-commerce sites that I have delivered included also the booking of services or option to add products to basket, and checkout with secure payment system, powered by Stripe.

DESIGN process

At the core of my website marketing strategy is a commitment to superior user experience, ensuring key information is immediately accessible, and that call-to-action buttons guide users effortlessly.
The case studies here featured highlight the iterative redesign of my own website. For example, by repositioning call-to-action and key navigation elements to the top of the page, I improved the user journey, steering visitors to booking calendars and checkout . This resulted in a boost in engagement and conversion rates.
