With a background in engineering and architecture first, and business management consulting after, I can plan, organise and deliver event experiences for B2B marketing at 360 degrees:
from design-built marketing stands for exhibitions and fairs, to brochures and merchandise.
I am experienced in originating and delivering in-person events and their digital marketing, as well as organising year-round programs of events, finding and scheduling guest speakers.
I have also organised podcasts, L&D webinars, events on VC and on ClubHouse, round-tables and exhibitions to develop market presence, brand awareness and recruitment drives.
1 year events calendar
As a founder of the London Chapter of "Harvard Women in Development, Diplomacy and Defence", a Group of Shared Interest for my university alumnae, I have organised a calendar of events to develop this club brand and presence since its launch in 2018.
I also co-delivered the events up to March 2019, and acted as program chair for the global overarching club.
To launch and develop this program of events, I began by conducting questionnaires to determine the topics of interest for speaker events, panels, and roundtables.
I also used questionnaires to identify the areas of expertise of potential guest speakers among the alumnae. This allowed me to match demand and supply of interests for 3 sessions of events, each with 3 speakers.
Additionally, I invited an alumna to co-lead the W3D London Chapter and provide a venue for the meetings. This resulted in no cost for all events, which we started with informal round-tables.
My proactive initiative to jointly organise events with various alumni clubs involved also the format and activities proposal:
e.g. the use of QR codes in badges to share contacts faster (as I used to let scan my business card with a QR in 2012-14)
